Central heating pipework

Gentlemen, yr advice please:

I have been told that Compression fittings OR push-fit fittings are NOT suitable for Central heating pipework!

Does this mean that I must use capillary/solder fittings to replace a pump?

If so, any advice on how to do so would be MUCH appreciated!

so tell whoever gave you the advice they are talking out of the wrong orifice

Ask them to supply you a soldered Pump valve
