central heating radiators

I recently have had a gas condensing boiler installed and i am experiencing a problem with the heat in my radiators, the radiators are warm at the top and cold at the bottom or luke warm at the bottom.
Can anyone help sole this problem as it does not appear to be air in the system.

Turn off the rads that are heating up properly and just have the ones one that are struggling it may be air in the pipes as opposed to air in rads. Then read up on balancing in the faq list
Your rads may even have sludge in them if old and not flushed during new boiler install
