I would really like some advice please if someone would care to pass some on. I called boiler repair man out but it will take him till Tuesday before he can make it to me, Problem is boiler wont turn off unless I turn it off at the boiler it's self, think valve is stuck open and I'am wondering would it be ok to turn the boiler on and off from that switch on the boiler for a few days without doing any damage to the boiler, It a condensing regular boiler. thank you for any advice.

sounds like a motorised valve problem, a better idea would be to turn the boier thermostat down low and leave it on,some boiler pcbs dont like being turned off and on and will fail, not all but some do
