Central heating unit makes "clunk" sound

I have a gas central heating unit that heats my home just fine, but I've noticed that after the unit shuts down after heating my home, the unit makes a loud "CLUNK" sound afterwards. Whats going on? I have located the sound from the unit itself.

It is a Lennox Elite Series. Cetral heat/air.
