Central heating wiring.

Will post this in both plumbing and electrical sections. Hopefully to get suggestions.
System is unvented boiler with a ACV (type of thermal store-see http://www.acv-uk.com/sle.htm) plus two manifolds of underfloor heating ( this is not really important as both will be calling for heat as and when controlled by thermostats-Uponor system) so call it central heating Plus as house has four ensuites and all have a towel rail want to - indeed I believe now have to be controlled by a spring shut valve. Question is recommendation to wire up the two port valve proposed to service towel rails. Seems as if a mix of Y plan and S plan but really the rails only need to be on when towels are wet after shower. Any suggestions??

If the Towel rails are currently served by their own circuit, presumably with thier own pump? surely a timeclock controling this pump would suffice? But fitting a 2 port valve shouldn't give you too much of a problem, it's a job for a controls specialist though

Regarding the towel rails they are not as yet fully connected to the system. Purely a "flow" and "Return" to the boiler location. Its trying to decide on a control system really. As each ensuite obviously has underfloor heating wintertime is OK as the towel rail can be "linked" in with the call for heat on the central heating. However in summer as the ACV - its the biggest one they do the SLE300 it should only really call for heat for a short time during the day which means the towels could remain wet/damp for some hours.
