Serviced my oil heating system.It was smoking badly. Cleaned boiler, replaced damaged baffel plates,replaced nozzel in burner and cleaned all filters. Fire up burner still smoking.
Burner : Riello Mectron 3BM 1986 model.
I think I need air adjusted? Any advice on how to do this?

To set it up properly requires use of a flue gas analyser. It will be cheaper for you to employ someone to do it than buy one yourself.

I have resolved my boiler problems. Cleaned and lubicratied jack to air intake and cleaned around air intake. Now working fine, no smoke.
