Can anyone please help with water leak from a Magnaclean Professional 2 filter leak is from where the unit connects to on/off tap have replaced the rubber washers on connectors but still have small leak. Can you recomend a good sealer compound that I could use.

You have cross threaded the valve or the valve shaft is loose and needs removing and screwing up again

The professional 2 is push fit?

The Professional (first version) could be cranked up so tight that is breaks the seal between the valve body and the flats/nut section.

Needs unscrewing and remaking with sealant.
