i have a keston c55 boiler that feeds 7 towel rails and a an 11 manifolds underfoor heating system.3 months age, boiler was due 4 an annular service.engineer spent 2 hours and at the end he said boiler is fine but u have too many valves and iam unable 2 balance them, and he left us with no heating or hot water.since then 5 other engineers came and no one was able to get to the root of the problem.the system is 3 years old and it was power flushed after it was fitted.last week we power flushed it again and employed a top company to sort it out ,when they came they said problem is air in pipes they spent 5 hours and left ,promising things will be o.k.now a week later we have hot water but very little heat upstairs and no heat downstairs.everyday i bleed all radiaters ,lots of air comes out and i vent all the valves but stiil no heating. air comes out from rads everytime i bleed them.please help me understand how this air keep coming in the system.and is there a way of getting rid of it 4 good.we did every thing we can ,but stiil with no heating four 3 months.please advise.f.serhan

sounds to me likr you had a few chaps in who didnt know their arse from their elbow!

sounds to like you have some sludge issues (yeah I know you had it flushed when it was installed but have you had the water check of the inhibiter topped since then)

I would get on to keston themselves and get a recommendation from them as to who to contract to sort this out, three months and "you have too many valves" is bloooody ridiculous

I apologise I see that you have had re flushed, i missed that bit

still get someone in who knows whats what, you have an issue with your system that needs sorting out by someone knowledgable, I would say that there is no way you will get anywhere here as, speaking for mysel o course, would need to lock horns with it and look it over.

good luck
