Hi everyone
I have a nissan serena and have recently had problems with one of the doors, the door only works occassionally, I managed to take the actuator off and open it, I cleaned it up and noticed a plastic corkscrew type mechanism, when I put it back on, the door opened on average 8 out of 10 times which was better than before but still annoying.
My question is should I put some vasaline on the corkscrewed spindle in the hope that it does not stick, I dont want to use Wd40 as there is a circuit board inside the actuator.
Has anyone had a similar problem or knows of a fixable solution
Thank you
