ceramic floor tiles

my house is 4 -5 years old.
This week ceramic floor tiles in one room have started to 'bounce'and 'crunch'; the grouting hasn't cracked and they seem secure.

Heating the room seems to have helped a bit.
Any ideas as to whether I have a problem or not?

It's downstairs room by the way.
