Ceramic tile glaze

The natural finish on my kitchen counter top ceramic tile has been somehow stripped of its natural glaze? Is there anything I can apply to fix this problem since the four tile that are dull are constantly having to be cleaned?

Try Two or three coats of waterproof clear varnish.
