Cersanit close coupled WC, aprox 10 years old.

The dual flush buttons sit in the middle of the cistern lid & screw through the lid to the flush valve. The fill valve is bottom entry & has a blue cap. I'm hoping someone can identify from this as I'm not at the property!

The fill is extremely slow, not just normal header tank slow but very slow. Just wondered if anyone has any knowledge of servicing these in situ. Something like the removeable to to flush a Fluidmaster.

You need pics probably... Difficult to impossible otherwise.

https://www.bathroomspareparts.co.uk/cersanit-spare-parts-23771-c.asp or similar searches will find something you might recognise.

Most dump valves can have the rubber washer replaced once the bayonet fitment is opened and removed from the cistern.
Similarly fill valve washer-diaphragms are easy to change if available/identifiable.

Your fault description is a fill valve diaphragm with hole in the rubber causing a slow fill.

EDIT: You may need to dismantle to find the faulty diaphragm, then take that to a plumbers merchant to find a match as Google in not being helpful for that brand name.

Thanks, I just hoped someone would have installed these & recognised it.

On balance it will be simpler to just replace it rather dick around with something apparently obscure.
