I have just about completed a new self build, sparky has almost finished 2nd fix.
What sort of certificate should I expect from him on completion??

And you should also make sure that the LABC has beeen informed of this work, most likely by his regsistration body (NICEIC, NAPIT, etc), but if he does not do works of this scale too often, he might be telling them directly before starting. LABC might if they feel like it send you a building regs cert
