CH and Water off but still sounds like the water is on ?

Morning all

The last few days we've noticed that even when the Heating and Water are off you can still hear what sounds like water running through the pipes the same sound when the hot water is on

Now since the heating has been off the rads have still been hot in the first and last rad of the system where it leaves and returns to the hot water tank
We have turned both of these rads off last week,now would this cause the problem ?
Does one of these need to be left on ?

Can you hear pump of the boiler running?
Sounds like the boiler needs looking at.
Possible pump overrun is wrong/faulty sensor.

Do you have any zone/motorised valves? What boiler? Make and model.
