Bit of a funny one this one,
Appreciate any quick response to this, don't want it dragging to Christmas!!!!
Customer has a worcester bosch system that has been mainitained correctly with no known fault and was recently hit with an area wide water in the gas pipe problem.
This was dealt with by National grid who have been to the property twice to pump out the water within the gas line. They have stated that all is o.k. and the pressure is good.
The boiler is situated in the loft and has the inlet gas line pipe fitted to the outside of the building ( ).
No faults or problems before this incident, now the CH struggles to light, the pizzo is working fine, when it does light will not go to full demand, not sure if this could be an inlet solenoid problem, temperature within the chamber or still related to the gas pressure.
When lit the gas seems to pulsate indicating a water present but the national grid insist all clear?
Any advise on the next stage or known faults that could cause this one.....
