This is the second time my chain saw breaks the pull starter assembly. When It starts (for fraction of s second) the starter engage mechanism still engaged with the flywheel resulting is breaking the and the chain stops. Any idea why this is happening
Would this be the Poulan saw?
This fault is usually wear in the plastic pawl that the starter rope spins.....if it can move off centre, the teeth of the recoil mechanism jam in it.
Take the end cover off, pull the starter cord sharply, and you should see the starter pawl teeth fly out. These teeth should be very free to move, and they shouldn't be lubricated.

When you say plastic pawl, do you mean the two plastic pieces that set inside the flywheel?
I can not understand the below can you please elaborate
“Take the end cover off, pull the starter cord sharply, and you should see the starter pawl teeth fly out. These teeth should be very free to move, and they shouldn't be lubricated”

The pulley I have is exactly simile to the one in the below link and it bran new, and I fitted it this afternoon and a soon as I tried to start the saw it broke, now money of it teeth missing
Certainly this is a curious design, and not one that I've seen before. Normally the Chinese manufacturers tend to copy the European makers, but this time they seem to have gone their own way.
Anyway, I would suggest that the springs within the flywheel pawls are weak - I guess that they aren't strong enough to disengage the pull start once the engine starts....centrifugal force should send these plastic parts out of harms way, but in your case it doesn't seem to be happening.
Apart from replacing these plastic pieces and springs, I can't suggest an obvious cure.
