Chainsaw chain measurement

Why is the distance between three consecutive rivets on my chainsaw chain 16.5mm but stamped on the links is 95?

could be it't a 3/8" wide chain which is approx 9.5mm. Blades are measured by their width and the total length.

But then shouldn't the distance between 3 consecutive rivets be 19mm?

Your chain is in fact a 0.325" pitch (0.325 = 8.25mm so twice that is 16.5)

The 95 is the tooth profile have a look down this page at the low profile anti kickback blades.
