Change Login and Email address on Texecom Cloud

Hi

I am registered on Texecom Cloud with panel and App working perfectly.

Unfortunately I registered using my works email that will soon be no longer in use.

Can I change the username email and email in the User Details section of the cloud without causing issues with my connection to the panel and App or is this going to complicate things.

You need to log into your cloud account and look at changing it in their.

You may have an issue if your cloud account email is the same as the app user email.

Not sure if that conflict is still a current issue or not although I have known it calls problems in the past.

You should never use work emails for personal stuff as things can change.

Wasn't thinking when I set it up with my work email, so use to using it.

Tried to change the username on the cloud user administration page but no luck

contact Texecom all I can do is add you to my account and if you have an active subscription you will lose any remaing time you have on it.

what exactly dpo you need changing and what do you use the cloud for?
