Hi all,

I'm about to replace a faulty (old) thermostat in hallway.

Thought it would be straightforward switch over, but wiring diagrams seem different.

I just wondered whether someone could confirm the wiring based on the original wiring diagram.

I'm thinking from the old one, the top wire is 1 on the new, the second is neutral (3 on new), and the old bottom wire is 2 on the new.

Any info appreciated.

thanks,

No.

Second wire/neutral on old should go to 2 on new.

Old bottom wire is 3 on new.
