I have a 20yr old 1/2" chuck TSB-24 Hilti hammer drill.
Great little drill still runs strong

I need to replace the original 1/2 chuck and brought it to Hilti.
They told me they cannot get a chuck for this drill and I need to buy new drill.

The chuck looks pretty standard to me, anyone have any idea on how to remove these chucks ??

In most cases, a chuck can be removed by tightening the shorter end of an allen key between the jaws and using that to unscrew it: a smart tap with a hammer loosens the chuck initially.

A reversing drill normally has a screw (usually cross-head of some kind) behind the jaws which needs to be removed first.

Common chuck thread sizes (for screwed chucks) are 1/2" x 20 UNF and 3/8" x 24 UNF, male or female.

However, I'm afraid I don't know how much of the above will apply to your Hilti drill.
