You'll need the BTW pan in false wall due to the distance of pipe from back wall - just cut round @ floor level carefully with an angle grinder. (excellent picture)

your new WC is likely to stand out from the wall further. If the room is small this can make it very cramped. Have you got enough room?
If space is tight, there are a few WC pans that will swap in like your old one. Twyfords Refresh is one I know of.
Also E100 and Alcona, but they were not such a good fit in my case.
They are all modern close-coupled design.
