thats a tuc tuc in brighton, being used as taxis. Theres 10 of them, that ones called the Chavrolet, all a bit of fun, but burberry have now forced them to change the paint job, as they say its infringing their design and lowering the tone! Should have thought of that before they sold all the stuff in essex (sorry masona!)

They're a fantastic little form of transport too, I use them quite often - great fun!

No worse than a cycle/moped/motorbike - and they've passed all government safety tests with flying colours. All passengers have seatbelts and they only go 35mph. Plus they're all in bright livery so there's no "I didn't see it" excuse!
