I've been toying with the idea of a small extension for a play room (these kids have some toys!)
Initially I was thinking block work and render but I been looking into alternatives, someone mentioned 'Metset' not exactly sure what this is has anyone used it before?
The other option I though was maybe timber framed, but could I get the external rendered?
The 3rd option is maybe a conservatory but having white panels a majority of the way as there would be no need for glass up against next doors lean to, what sort of foundation depth would be required for a dwarf wall for the conservatory option?
With regards to the timber framed idea would I need to do anything underground? Im not sure of the exact depth but there is currently tarmac followed by a few inches of concrete as this is part of the driveway
Edit:
Just a thought this extension will be attached to one external wall of the house which is poured concrete - ex council house which I believe they built like this in the 50's hence why I want it rendered to match as much as possible to the rest of the house
Thanks
