Checking bell box wiring/relocating bell box w/o sounding

Hi all,

If possible, I’d like to check the wiring of my bell box (and possibly also alter its position against my external wall) without it sounding.

It’s a Pyronik Belle bell box – I don’t think it has an engineer’s hold off mode. I have a Veritas Excel alram panel for which I know the engineer’s code.

Could somebody please tell me the full sequence of steps to follow (and if there’s any way of avoiding the external bell sounding) while checking the wiring and relocating the box?
