chimney breast

Hi,
I have fitted a chimney breast support in the loft in order to remove the rest of the breast through the house.
Do I need to fit ventilation In the remaining part of the breast ?

No. The temperature of the loft should be similar to that outside.

Make sure you have a rain gaurd cowl on the pots.
