Hi Folks,
I have a problem with my flooring. I am in a ground floor flat which is about 30 years old. I have recently had a problem with the flooring cracking. First in one of the bedrooms, then in another and now it seems in the bathroom unter the tiles.
I have pulled the carpet back to have a look at it and the flooring is of the large chipboard panel type. There are large cracks running down some of the chipboard panels causing the floor to sag when walked over it. The boards don't seem to be water damage. Can anyone shed any light as to why they may be cracking? And how to go about repairing.
Many Thanks
Liam
