Chrome elbow from rad to wall/pipe advice

Hello, I plan to buy a chrome elbow to come from my rad valve then to a 10mm pipe in to the wall.

Re the attached image, would this do it?

Thank you, re fitting, I assume its compression with olive to the valve and simply push fit with with pipe insert from the plastic 10mm pipe? Thanks again
