Hi All,

This my first post but I can see this being a really useful tool.

My downstairs cistern has been over flowing and upon inspection it was from the pipe pictured where by the rubber washer from the left hand side connection had perished.

Does anyone know what this is called or where i could source one.

Many thanks in advance

iof the cisterns overflowing, that washer won't cause it, you'll need a new ballvalve, and new washers to the bit in the picture, any plumbers merchant will have um, just take that in and the ballvalve, or fluidmaster that it connects to .
