Can someone advise me please, i can hear running water in the cistern when i have removed the top of the cistern ( i dont know anything about loo's) the water from a blue plastic like tap seems to run and run forever.
I can see there is like a nut thing where it can be screwed in and out which doing so makes the level of the water more or less which i tried and adjusted then flushed however the part that fills the cistern just keeps on going, i dont think the problem is with the ball valve they might be? someone told me that it might be the diaframe? inside which is a small black rubber thing, should i replace the diaframe to see if it is that if not that what else could it be and what else can i try, its a fiarly new fitted bathroom suite which has been installed about 8 months now and was bought from B + Q, anyway ideas would be great, thanks in advance
