citroen synergie clutch problems

Hi everyone
Could anyone please help & suggest how to stop my clutch pedal sticking on the floor. the vehicle is a 2.0td , Y reg Citroen synergie, with hydraulic clutch. there is a new clutch, fly wheel and now slave cylinder all just replaced and the pedal is still sticking on the floor and not returning.

The cylinder that the pedal pushes (master cylinder) needs attention/replacement

The fluid level low?


If the clutch is only done, slip back to the garage?
