Hi All.
The following instructions came with a door for a kitchen unit. The door has a glossy white finish.
"Immediately after having removed the protective film the surface is especially sensitive to scratches. You can increase the surface's resistance to scratches by curing it. Wash it with a soft cloth, using a mild soap solution (max. 1%). Note! Do not use any cleaners containing alcohol or abrasives. Wipe clean and then let the surface harden for about 24 hours."
What's the safest 'mild soap solution' to use and how do I make sure it's not more than 1%? Would using just water on its own be a bad thing? I don't want to spoil my brand new shiny door! Can the above instructions be carried out before fitting the door?
Thanks.
