Wow, there has to be a lot of crap under those panels for all that vegetation to grow.

The only way to clean under them is by removing the panels 1 at a time as the mounting rails make any other way impossible.. That isn't a job for someone who cleans rooves but rather a Solar installer.

Yeah, that’s quite a bit of vegetation! ajstoneservices is right — you’ll likely need to remove the panels one by one to clean underneath. Debris gets trapped under solar panels, creating a perfect spot for plants to grow. I’d recommend getting a solar installer to handle that and maybe add mesh afterward to prevent this in the future.

One of the Local Roof cleaning firms came to have a look and this is what he says "Under the panels will be tricky but I may be able to get the worst of it with my roof scraping pole. This would be the best and safest approach as it doesn't risk damaging the panels.". So he's booked to do the Job.........Will post the results in case anyone else has the same problem ......

I hope he doesn't damage the cables or panels while doing that. Make sure he isolates the panels before he begins work.

I'm not sure but would have thought the Cables were run in Trunking underneath. Can get a better look with the Guttering off. I assume this is the only switch I need?

Thats the ac isolator. You are looking for a black and grey isolator. It will be adjacent the inverter.

The roof cleaning firm's "scraping pole" may also damage or dislodge some of the tiles below the solar panels - you'll be very depedent on the operatives skill - or lack of it.
This is, I'm afraid, a downside of having solar panels on your roof. You really need the panels removed to clean or repair the roof under them.

I think yous are right about removing the Panels. I have just had a Heat Pump installed and the same firm installs Panels, so will inquire if they could do it.
Thank you all.......
