Hi,
Myself and my girlfriend recently purchased a 1930's terraced house, and yesterday uncovered a previously tiled and blocked up fireplace.
We're really happy with our find, but unsure what to do next.
Ideally, we'd like to have it clean, and repointed, and insert a woodburner, with the walls surrounding it to be plastered as per the photo, to remain quite contemporary.
Does anyone have any comments/suggestions to make, and does anyone know of the best way to remove tile adhesive from brick?
Many thanks,
Nick
