Clearing a air lock

My hot tap on my bath is just dribbling out water and I can only really have cold showers. The cold tap on my bath and the hot and cold on my basin is fine.

I have only recently installed the new bath and basin and had to drain the tank in the loft when i was installing them. Is it possible I have a air lock or could my mixer be faulty ??

Any help would be great

Try a hose from a cold mains tap to the mixer and turn on the mixer to hot only then turn on the cold mains tap.

Whold a normal hose from b & q do the job ??

Will it need any secial connector to fit both mixer taps ?

Just use a normal hose pipe, stick into the tap outlet, seal it with your hands (rubber gloves help!!) and then turn the mains on to the hose. The mains water will go up the tap and force any air out.

or then again your tap might be faulty!!
