climbing frame 180x130x 3.6m high - depth of concrete?

I'm about to assemble a pirate ship climbing frame - 3.6m high to ridge of its roof, 2.3 long, 1.4 wide, 100msq posts.
Is it enough to bed each 100mm sq post in a concrete base 30x30x30cm with metal 'concrete in' sockets?
Should these foundations be bigger?
