Hi,
I would like to install a small basin and a WC in a small room.
a) The sink should be around 40cm X 25 cm max. I think I have found something on plumbworld online, does anyone have any experience of buying online from them?
b) In terms of the installation I was wondering which way should I start when installing the WC soil pipe, do I start from the soil stack and work towards the toilet or start from the WC pan and then work towards the stack?
The stack is about 7m away from where the WC pan waste pipe would exit the house. The soil pipe would run along the external wall and then enter the wall via a 90 degree bend.
c) sink waste. The sink would need to discharge in the WC soil pipe, is this allowed? Also can anyone reccommend a sleeve used to attach the sink waste to the WC waste.
Similarly to the question above I would like to know if I should work backwards from the WC soil pipe towards the sink or viceversa?
I am assuming that the services need installing before the sink, is this correct?
Many thanks for your expertise.
