Closing TRV's around the house

I’ve recently started working from home so in the daytime I close all the Radiator TRV Valves around the house, I only leave one large radiator (5ft double) in the room I work from and a very small one which is permanently open

Will this cause any harm to the boiler or the pump?

The boiler in a very old Worcester 24i

Excellent, I’ve just had the boiler serviced. So it should save me a few quid
