Cloud 9 underlay still good?

Hi, I've had a search through old posts but can't find anything within the last few years so asking for an upto date answer?

Simple question, is cloud 9 still a good underlay as some older posts say it wasn't as good as it used to be?

also are there any other good brands to search for to complete a full house.
