On the rear of my victorian house is what use to be coal shed/outside toilet.
The exterior doors have been bricked up & a door has been added for internal access to create a utility, the internal ceiling height is currently 2.2m.
The roof is in need of replacing and I was hoping that whilst I was replacing the roof I could also raise it by an 80cm to match the internal kitchen ceiling height.
Do I need to inform building regs if I do this?
