Hi,
hopefully someone can help. We have a Neff C7660 built-in coffee machine which is identical to the Siemens and Bosch series too so if you have knowledge of those, hopefully you will be able to help.
The issue is that I can't see how the nozzle section is meant to be removed to allow the front of the machine to be removed to replace the valve (which isn't accessible when the rear casings are removed). I don't know if there's a hidden clip on the spout mechanism itself (ie the twin spouts which move up and down for mugs/espresso cups)
The valve which needs replacing is Parts 0320-0330 on the exploded diagram at http://www.neff-eshop.com/eshop/neff/gb/prodp.htm?prod=C7660N1GB/04&ESHOPTYPE=A on page 3
Any help/thoughts/guidance would be much appreciated
