cold feed drip

Hello,
I have recently installed an old washing machine - it has one cold water supply. The connection between the blue pipe and the copper pipe (with a blue plastic tap on it) seems to be dripping lots. I\\\'ve been told I need to replace it. Could anyone tell me what I need to buy and how to replace it? I\\\'m completely new to this plumbing thing - so i need all the help I can get!

Also - my combi boiler keeps locking out - is there any chance this could be because of the drip affecting the pressure?

get a new blue pipe then (its probably missing a washer)
