Had a downstairs shower installed a couple of years ago with a vertical towel radiator. Worked ok, but in the last few months has stopped working. The pipes entering the bottom of the rad are stone cold, while those elsewhere in the house are hot. There's no thermometer control on the rad, just two what I assume are inlet and outlet controls at the bottom of the rad. Any thoughts?
