Cold Rad

Hi,
I've got a cold rad in my system (in my extension). I've turned all other rads off and turned the pump on full and only the incoming pipe gets warm (just past the stat, right up against the rad). Cracked all joints including the bleed and cold water comes from all. Still cold, please Help!!

Close rad valves, drain rad, remove rad, take into garden, flush through with hosepipe, reinstall, clean entire system with proprietary cleaner, drain and flush, refill with inhibitor, hope that things are so badly corroded that they don't leak.
