Cold rads

In my bungalow I have radiators in 2 rooms which are a distance from the main part of the bungalow, like being out on a wing. These radiators never get very warm at all, the farthest one hardly at all.

Is it possible to fit a pump in the pipes leading to these rads which serve just those giving a boost to the water supply?

At the present time we have a cold en suite and bedroom and would like to rectify this. Our plumber who fitted a new boiler 2 years ago has been back 2 times, once trying to balance the rads but it has been ineffective.

Would love a solution.
