i noticed some water in the cuboard under the sink where the cold water mains feed is located today...not much just a few drops under the stop cock.

Initially i thought the washer on the stp cock was leaking but after a bit more looking aorund i could see the pipe leading up and behnd the kitchen unit was wet. See the red line that shows where i traced the water back to

following the pipe out of the kitchen unit i saw this on the pipe...

Its covered in water droplets.
As a bit of background info, the pipe is located in the kitchen and is routed along a wall that is one of the external walls of the house.

Ive wiped the pipe down dry and can see any visible leak sources anywhere so im not sure what this is cuased by...
Could it be condensation and is this type of thing normal or common?

If so what can i do to stop or reduce it?

Many thanks
Rob
