Can anyone help with this please. I have a Ravenheat 85csi combi. Its just been installed, pressure on water 1.5 bar it ignites runs for 30=60 secs and then locks out with red light on?
I would love to, but in Bulgaria you can not get a proper gas person. Someone fitted it in the summer when i was not there and i have only found out about it and the person is not around until next year
Are the flow and return valves to the central heating open?
Take the cover off and remove the centre screw from the pump.
When the boiler is running put a screw driver into the hole is the pump
turning?
Does the boiler start to get hot?
Is the gas valve open?
Do they have the same pressure of gas in bulgaria???? Or is it LPG?
I went to bulgaria. Nice place looked for houses but everywhere I went
there were nice places that where surrounded by the run down houses and bulgarians around them. So decided against it.
Maybe there is an opening for me as a gas engineer in bulgaria.

Yes pump is turning, boiler starts to get hot, so do heating pipes and hot water when tap is turned on and no it has never worked what i know of. it is lpg and yes the gas valve is open, i believe the lpg pressure is 34.
It does depend where you go about the propertys.
There would be an opening for you.
thanks
it does seem by the sounds that it could well be the gas valve, i will try a pressure test on the system and see if not could it be the Overheat thermostat although it is a new boiler?
