Combi boiler heeeeeeeeeelp

Hi I have an ideal combi boiler first the expntion vessel went had it changed by british gas I have called them out 6 times since. What happens is when you turn the heating on you here the pump work but the fan don't kick in thus not getting any heating or hot water bg have changed sevral parts pcb then some switch today. Any idears so I can maybe tell bg next time I call them out.

It's just doing my head in now not to mention the wife

think your saying this is the same problem you have called them out for the last 5 times

again dont worry, they have entered a contract to repair your boiler until parts are no longer available.

parts are readilly available.

ask to speak to the area TSM, DEMANDING an explanation as to why your boiler has not been repaired

they will keep coming back until job is done

You may want to ask them why they keep leaving your house without checking that the boiler is in fact functioning properly!
