Combi boiler + hot water tank?

Time to think about replacing my boiler and I am thinking that I would like the convenience of immediate hot water in the kitchen but keeping the luxury of my power shower in the bathroom - ie fit a hot water tank to supply it.
Can I just use the CH side of the combi to supply the rads and an upstairs indirect HW tank?
