Hi everyone,
I have a Heatslave 9.24 combi boiler, when I turn it on to heat either water or the heating it fires up for about 10 seconds. At this point the pressure gauge goes from 1.2 bar and shoots up to 2, this then causes the boiler to make kettling noises and the odd creek and then shut off the pilot light. The whole process takes around 15 seconds.
Some people have mentioned this could be caused by the heat exchanger containing air, is this the case and if so is it easy to expel the air? The pressure drops back to 1.2 bar after the above process.
Thanks in advance for all your help,
Jon
