i have a main he24 combi boiler, last month it stopped working, the flame failure light kept on coming on. Anyway my plumber fixed this, not sure how. Now i have noticed that the water temp is not hot enough. The shower water temp is simply not as hot as it was before i had all these problems.

The plumber is not sure what to do next, he has de-scaled the heat exchanger, but this hasn't helped. He tells me that the gas burner is not modulating correctly.

I know i should have bought a better boiler but i have only had this for 3 years, can anyone help me and my plumber....

any advice would be appreciated

Your boiler can be fine,

The trouble is that you need a better plumber!

Or rather you need a boiler engineer and not a plumber!
